Brian has been dealing with commercial property work for many years and has built up considerable expertise in this field.

Leases of offices, warehouses and shops, buying and selling owner occupier and investment properties, auction purchases and sales, licences to occupy and tenancies at will, portfolio acquisitons and disposals, property transactions including the sale of a business, licences to assign, sublet and alter, rent deposits and guarantees . Lanlord and Tenant Act 1954 requirments for renewal of tenancies, all aspects of property finances and secured lending.

Pam deals with all aspects of residentail property, to include sales, purchases of freehold and leasehold property, specialising in high value individual property sales and purchases, and transfers of equity. 

Pam also deals with Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney. 

Seema Midha

Seema is an experienced advocate and regularly appears in the local County Courts as well as The Principle Registry of the Family Division in London.

Seema specialises in family law, she undertakes a variety of family law work including divorce and separation, children matters, financial provision, co-habitee disputes, domestic abuse, prenuptial agreements and civil partnerships.

Helen has worked in the local area as a Legal Secretary for 20 years. Helen is very experienced in residential property law and assists Pam with her residential property work.  

Richard Regler

Richard is an experienced management consultant and has worked with a range of businesses in media, music and law. Richard oversees all office affairs, business planning, administration, staff management and human resources as well as assiting the accounts department and fee earners with their compliance and regulatory obligations. 

Helen Gilbert

Traniee Solicitor 

Helen is currently completeing the final seat of her training contract and will be assisting Seema and the family department for the next six months before joining the conveyancing team as newly qualifyied solicitor.

Helen obtained a 2.1 in her Law Degree and completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, with Commendation.

Helen has worked in the legal profession for more than ten years and has a excellent experience of residential conveyacing, dealing with both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
